Microsoft Messenger For Mac Not Signing In

1. I've looked at the logs for MAC messenger and they dont tell me alot apart from the fact its trying to connect via the OCS Standard server on 443 when external (which isn't possible). I'll try again with specific settings on the MAC to use the correct Access Edge connection, will check logs again.
2. First of all - it is amazing how I can use Messenger app on my MacBook because I wouldn't like to have an iPhone and laptop at the same time, since they are all connected to the same account where we can communicating like iMessage, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc. Honestly, once this issues fixed for not receiving any notification (because I am deaf.
3. I have just installed Messenger for Mac 7 on my MAC OS X operating system. I already have a Windows Live account since long time and using it frequently on another computers. But when i am trying to log in with the same ID and password on my computer's Messenger for Mac 7 for the first time, it is not accepting it. I am sure its correct password.

Aug 24, 2012 I have Messenger installed on my iMac along with office 2011 for Mac. I have just updated the Mac to OSX 10.8.1 and now Messenger will not allow me to sign in saying that the service is not responding. I have checked on a PC and my iPad and I can connect Ok.

after removal of the plist file, can you please take a screenshot of your
Accounts tab in your Preferences and send it to me personally? You can do

this through the following:
1. Start Mac Messenger.
2. Go to the Messenger menu > Preferences > Accounts tab.
3. Press Cmd+Shift+4
4. Your cursor will change to a crosshair. Drag a square around your
Preferences box (for example, from the top left corner to the bottom right)

This will create a PNG screen capture that will appear on your desktop, most
likely named 'Picture 1' or something similar. Please send this directly to
Folx go 5 7 – manage and organize downloads files. me. Instructions for doing this can be found in my signature below.
